  The girl who answered the phone was horrible. Felt let i was doing something wrong by ordering. Will never call again!!!!!!!! Food isnt worth it.

  I feel like I'm the only one getting decent service... Then again I'm prolly the only person in this town that tips..
  
  Yeah it can take forever for them to deliver but I can understand them waiting for more than one order to be ready before leaving.
  
  As a retail worker in this town.. You gotta remember the kind of people that live here in Ronkonkoma. You have nasty ass skunk smelling cat feeders that never shower, the large amount of "special" needs people whose care takers don't watch them, Hagglers that waste everyone's time over $0.05 - $0.25 who will yell and scream bloody murder, people that insult staff just because they know they can't do anything..
  
  If people in this town would just be nicer and stop taking their life's woes out on every entry level employee in this town. Just maybe everyone at every store would give better service.

  I've never left a review before, but after today I felt I had to. I don't think I've ever gotten such poor customer service from ANY type of delivery service as I did from here. I had used a coupon for me and a few friends, and when the order showed up, the didn't have the garlic bread bites we had ordered. Then, I asked the delivery girl if she had change for tip. I was giving her a 20 and wanted 13 back, so I 7 dollar tip. She said "13 right?" And said she had to get the change from her car. when she came back she counted 4 billes and counted a 10 and 3 threes, like I expected. When I turned around she was running off to her car and got it real fast and when I looked back, I had 4 singles in my hand. She took a 16 dollar tip, didn't even get everything I had paid for, and it took about a hour 15 to get to my house.
