  Your basic Subway. Quick and fast service.

  I have been here few times. The "cheapness" of the owner/employees is what keeps me away from this store. Middle aged Bangladeshi man, who has made sandwiches for me few times (he smiles and appears friendly) uses the least amount of meat/tuna as possible on the sandwiches. The employees at this Subway have mastered the art of taking one napkin out of the packet with each sandwiches! Cheapness exhibited by this store's employees makes the Chinese restaurant next door look lavish.
  On my last visit, the middle aged Bangladeshi woman with glasses wore the same gloves to touch the food, microwave handle, cash register, money of the customer before me, then with a smile touched my food as if the gloves are to protect her hands. When I asked her about touching the food with the same gloves, she became defensive as if I was wrong about questioning her!
  I had to walk out!
  I don't know how the Subway corporation allow few stores like this damage its reputation.

  I was at the Subway, Holbrook location earlier today.For the most part, the staff is friendly. The food was good. I bought a sub, cookies and a fountain drink. When leaving i, went to fill my large cup of iced tea. The young guy that works there yelled at me telling me not to, because I had already filled it twice while there. His reason he said was " We're Wasting To Much Money, On You People. Your Not Allowed To Refill And Leave". After that he also said " it's like, were throwing money out the windows when you people do this". I mentioned that I did, just pay for a few sub hero's and the I'm a weekly customer. He did not like I said that. I said it politely. In front of all the other patrons inside he told me and the others "I DONT CARE I, DONT NEED YOUR BUSINESS OR ANY OF THEY'RES." after seeing and hearing that another patron who was waiting on line with his and wife and 3 kids followed me out. While leaving. This family was in total disbelief. The wife said "well we'll never, come here again". There's a way to treat your customers, his actions definitely wernt the way to do so. I myself, will not ever be returning back to the Subway, Holbrook location ever again. With the careless actions and words that this employee was stateing, he ought to be fired. I thought Subway operated with a higher level of a standard of professional courtesy, then what I was shown today from the employee.
